This is an extremely well made,strong canvas PVC/silicone coated , water proof/stink proof collar/ leash. I'm thrilled with my purchase.Most other products advertised as waterproof/stink proof are 100 percent PVC or silicone, making them only as strong as their stretchability. I have had such products snap or give way under stress.Coating/sealing a woven canvas base with with PVC/silicone prevents such events and results in a safer, stronger, superior product.You will not regret your decision to purchase.*Do note that if ordering the pink one, the color shown may be a bit more purplish vs. the hot pink pictured or so was the case with mine. Not an issue, just something that may occur. The color was close and still perfectly lovely.
